Student GivingCanoes 2014

Powerful - because it shows you care.

Personal  - because it reflects what you believe in.

Promising - because you are providing hope to more people like you.

There are many ways to GIVE back to Paul Smith's College:

Student Philanthropy Council
The Student Philanthropy Council helps to raise money for Paul Smith's College. We need your creativity and dedication to educate students on the importance of giving back.

Green Paws
Each student is provided with a green paw bank at the beginning of the year (because we are GREEN and we are the Bobcats after all). We encourage you to save your change in your Green Paw. All money raised will go toward the Class Gift.  EVERY gift makes a difference!

Volunteer
Help us at an event, with Green Paws, Student Philanthropy or with the Class Gift.  There are many ways to volunteer on campus! Contact College Advancement for more information:

Class Gift

The Class Gift is a result of the philanthropic efforts of our students each year, demonstrating their support of Paul Smith's College. Each graduating class fundraises by asking their fellow classmates to support Paul Smith's College with a monetary donation that will benefit current and future students of Paul Smith's College. All students are asked to participate and encouraged to give to the Class Gift.

Participation is the KEY - because there is strength in numbers.

Class Gift 2018

Class Gifts by year

In 2017, the Class Gift was 5 moving carts intended for making it easier for students to move in and out of the dorms. They were made by the Paul Smith's College Wood Working Club.

In 2016, the Class Gift was given to the Coming Home Challenge, which helped students by supporting things like scholarship aid, athletics, programs, the library, the horses, and more.

In 2015, the Class Gift was 2 kayaks for students to use on Lower St. Regis Lake.
